The pay is better for those that have their certification because employers are willing to invest their money on their manpower that is more than capable of performing their various tasks. You will also increase your self-worth if ever you decide a career in this field and gain your certification. You will also be open for other career opportunities like being promoted faster or receiving additional job benefits. But to really succeed in this field, you need to love your job well.
